Regional Workshop on Dugongs in the Arabian Gulf

A regional workshop on the science and management of dugongs in the Arabian Gulf was organized by the Dugong MOU in Abu Dhabi between 02 - 04 May 2023.

The workshop brought together experts and representatives from the the Arabian Gulf’s dugong range states to share information on the current status of dugong research and conservation in the region, along with leading international dugong experts providing advice on best practice.
